Tak pernah berhenti belajar
Anda pasti sudah sering mendengar seorang penemu lampu pijar yang terkenal pada jamannya bahkan mungkin sampai saat ini yaitu Thomas Alva Edison. Ada begitu banyak penemuannya yang lain dan bermanfaat untuk kehidupan kita sehari-hari dan penemuannya yang sangat terkenal sampai saat ini adalah “lampu yang menyala” dengan judul di sebuah surat kabar pada waktu itu sebagai berikut : “Setelah 9.955 kali berhasil menemukan lampu yang gagal menyala, Edison akhirnya berhasil menemukan lampu yang menyala”.
Ketika Anda diperhadapkan untuk mengambil keputusan-keputusan bisnis, apakah akan menjual unit-unit property yang sudah ada atau menambah unit property lagi atau apakah akan menyewa ruang kantor di gedung yang sama atau pindah ke gedung lain dengan tarif sewa yang lebih murah. Keputusan apapun yang akan Anda ambil, saya mengharapkan yang terbaik bagi Anda.
Untuk menghasilkan keputusan yang terbaik tentunya dibutuhkan suatu usaha untuk tidak pernah berhenti belajar. Ada pepatah terkenal yang berbunyi : “pengalaman adalah guru yang berharga” tetapi belajar dari pengalaman orang lain itu lebih berharga sehingga kita tidak perlu mengalami kegagalan yang sama yang dialami oleh orang lain dengan tidak melakukan hal-hal yang sama yang dilakukan oleh orang lain.
Atau Anda sudah berusaha melakukan yang terbaik yang dapat Anda lakukan tetapi hasilnya masih kurang maksimal, ada baiknya kita belajar dari sebuah doa sederhana dari Reinhold Niebuhr sebagai berikut :
GOD grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change
The courage to change the things I can
And the wisdom to know the difference

Never stop learning
You must have often heard of a famous incandescent lamp inventor of his time perhaps even now that is Thomas Alva Edison. There are so many other inventions that are useful for our everyday lives and that his most famous discovery to this day is the “glowing light” with the headline in a newspaper at that time: “After 9955 times successfully found a light that failed to fire , Edison finally managed to find the lights on “.
When you are faced with business decisions, whether to sell existing property units or add more property units or whether to rent office space in the same building or move to another building for a cheaper rental rate. Whatever decision you will take, I wish you the best.
To make the best decision, it takes an effort to never stop learning. There is a famous saying: “experience is a valuable teacher” but learning from others’ experiences is more valuable so we do not need to experience the same failures that others experience by not doing the same things that others do.
Or you’ve tried to do the best you can do but the results are still less than the maximum, it’s good we learn from a simple prayer from Reinhold Niebuhr as follows:
