Instant atau Proses
Saat ini perkembangan teknologi sudah sangat maju dan manusia semakin dimanjakan dengan berbagai fasilitas yang tersedia berbanding dengan sebelum tersedianya fasilitas-fasilitas tersebut. Berbagai kemudahan yang dapat kita rasakan dengan kemajuan teknologi ini seperti alternative belanja online dalam pembelian barang-barang berbanding dengan belanja ke mall atau pusat perbelanjaan lainnya, berkembangnya penggunaan uang elektronik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari berbanding dengan penggunaan uang cash, perpindahan manusia dan barang dari satu tempat ke tempat lainnya secara cepat menggunakan alat transportasi yang canggih berbanding dengan menggunakan alat transportasi yang sederhana dan berbagai bentuk fasilitas lainnya yang saat ini dapat kita nikmati dengan mudah.
Dengan berbagai kemudahan yang dapat kita nikmati saat ini kita menjadi terbiasa dengan hal-hal yang cepat atau instan berbanding dengan hal-hal yang membutuhkan waktu lebih lama yaitu proses. Tidak ada salahnya dengan hal-hal yang instan tetapi perlu dipahami bahwa untuk menghasilkan suatu produk, untuk mendapatkan hasil dan untuk mengambil keputusan ada prosesnya. Proses perlu dihargai bahkan perlu dinikmati untuk menghargai hasil yang akan diperoleh.
Salah satu proses yang menarik menurut saya adalah proses pencetakan emas dimana membutuhkan tingkat panas yang sangat tinggi hingga mencapai 1064.18 C sampai 1400 C untuk dapat melebur emas dan melalui 3 (tiga) kali pencucian dan pencairan dengan cairan kimia untuk membuang logam lain yang tercampur dengan emas hingga akhirnya menghasilkan emas yang murni. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang terbaik terkadang tidaklah mudah melainkan membutuhkan proses dan kerja keras sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang matang.
Kami menghargai proses dalam transaksi mengambil keputusan sewa-menyewa ataupun jual-beli kantor. Karena kami memahami terdapatnya penawaran yang ada dari banyak pilihan yang tersedia, melihat sisi untung-rugi dan dampak jangka panjang dalam mengambil keputusan. Kami bersedia untuk terlibat secara aktif dalam proses itu dan bersama-sama menghasilkan keputusan yang terbaik.

Instant or Process
At present the development of technology is very advanced and people are increasingly spoiled by the various facilities available compared to before the availability of these facilities. Various conveniences that we can feel with the advancement of technology are like online shopping alternatives in purchasing goods compared to shopping to malls or other shopping centres, the development of the use of electronic money in daily life compared to the use of cash, the movement of people and goods from one places to other places quickly use sophisticated means of transportation compared to using simple means of transportation and various other forms of facilities that we can now enjoy easily.
With various facilities that we can enjoy at this time we become accustomed to things that are fast or instant compared to things that take longer time, namely the process. There is nothing wrong with things that are instant but need to be understood that to produce a product, to get results and to make decisions there is a process. The process needs to be appreciated even needs to be enjoyed to appreciate the results to be obtained.
One interesting process in my opinion is the gold printing process which requires very high heat levels to reach 1064.18 C to 1400 C to be able to melt gold and through 3 (three) times washing and thawing with chemical liquids to remove other metals mixed with gold to finally produce pure gold. To get the best results sometimes it is not easy but requires a process and hard work so that the results are mature.
We value the process in transactions making decisions on leasing or buying and selling offices. Because we understand that there are offers from many choices available, looking at the profit-loss side and the long-term impact of making decisions. We are willing to be actively involved in the process and together produce the best decisions.
